    On 6/16/2024 at approximately 0156 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a request for a welfare check at a residence on the Glenn Highway near Sutton. While at the location, troopers contacted 49-year-old Mathew Roderick of Anchor Point. Investigation revealed Mathew was violating his conditions of release by consuming alcohol. Troopers arrested Mathew and transported him to Mat-Su Pre-Trial where he was remanded.

    On 06/16/2024 at 0800 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to an address off of Vine Road for the report of a trespass. Investigation revealed, Christopher Lowe 31 YOA was trespassing on a property after previously being trespassed. Christopher was arrested and remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial. A bail hearing was held and Christopher was held on a $50 bail.

    On 6/15/2024 AST conducted a traffic stop in the area of Eielson St. Upon further investigation Troopers learned the driver, Thomas Maple (68), had a revoked license and was in his revocation period. Thomas was issued a Criminal Citation and released from the scene.

    On 6-124 at about 0037 hours AST conducted a traffic stop and identified Damian McGregor, age 27 of Ft. Wainwright, as the driver. Investigation showed that Damian was intoxicated and in possession of a handgun. He was remanded to FCC for DUI and MIW 4th.

    On 06/15/2024 AST received a phone call regarding a motor vehicle that was traveling at a high rate of speed onto oncoming traffic. AST then received another calling regarding the vehicle being in a ditch and the driver running off into the woods near the area of Steese Hwy. AST arrived in the area and contacted a male who was observed to be in a state of panic. AST observations determined the male to be under the influence of a controlled substance, during the contact the male went limp and stopped breathing. Narcan was administered and the male began to breathe again. The male was transported to the hospital by EMS. Investigation is still on going.

    On 06/16/2024 at approximately 0935 hours, AST in Fairbanks took a report from a cabin owner stating that they were watching someone actively break into their cabin in Salcha via security camera. State Parks and AST responded and apprehended Vladimir Kulikovskiy, age 37 of Delta Junction. Vladimir was caught in the middle of stealing items from the cabin. Vladimir was remanded at FCC for Burglary 1st Degree where he is held without bail.

    On 6-15-24, Delta Junction AST received a 911 hang-up from the Gerstle River Bridge area. The caller reported they had fallen and were having difficulty breathing and had back pain. AST responded and located the parties near the Gerstle River pullout. The female was located laying on the ground with complaints of chest and back pain. The male had a severe laceration to his forehead. The full details of how they fell and were injured are not fully known. The ledge they allegedly fell down was approximately 5-6 feet tall on the river bank. They were transported to FMH. Alcohol was a factor.

    On 6/16/2024 at approximately 1600 hours, an AST Parks Hwy Trooper investigated a REDDI report involving a female driver who was possibly DUI who had been driving a silver 2021 Toyota RAV4 that was parked in the parking lot of Three Bears. Investigation revealed LILLYBETH HANSEN, Age 30 of Fairbanks, had been driving under the influence and showed significant impairment. Following Field Sobriety Tests, HANSEN was arrested for DUI and remanded to FCC for DUI with bail set at $500.

    On 6/15/24, Alaska Wildlife Troopers were conducting a boating Patrol on the Kasilof River. Joshua Brumlow, 33, from Kenai, was contacted floating the Kasilof River. Investigation revealed that Joshua Brumlow did not have a personal flotation device on his raft or on his person. Joshua Brumlow was issued a citation for not having a personal flotation device.
