Checked into the hotel has started off with bad front desk service right off the bat. Then when we got to the room our key card did not work, had to go back down to get it reloaded. Was told if you get it close to your cell phone it will deactivate. (One lady said she had to go down 3 times). The. We got into the room and it smelled like straight mold. Just a overall bad experience at this hotel. Will not stay here ever again. Coffee was good though

Habe den Obersten König - Kein Rauchen (Rauchen ist immer noch eine Option?) und es war gut. Das Bett war gut. Mein einziger Beschwerde wäre das Fernsehen. Ich wollte ein Fußballspiel auf Fox sehen, und der Desk-Agent sagte ”versuch Channel 12.” Fehler, es ist Channel 12.1, das Sie nicht einmal mit der Fernsehgeräte eingeben können. 5 Tage/4 Nächte Aufenthalt. Das Personal war SUPER nett und hilfsbereit!!! Bevor Sie den Raum betreten, bemerken Sie, wie der Raum nach der Reinigung und Desinfektion des Zimmers durch das Personal gegen Zutritt verschlossen wird. Ich fand das toll. Aufgrund der immer noch rasanten COVID-19-Pandemie war es schön zu sehen, dass EXTRA-Vorkehrungen getroffen wurden, um die Hygiene des Zimmers zu gewährleisten und die Tatsache, dass niemand den Raum nach der Reinigung betreten konnte. So ist Ihnen ohne Frage ein sauberes, desinfiziertes Zimmer garantiert! Die Lage ist großartig/praktisch. Sie befinden sich in einem Geschäftsviertel, sind aber in der Wohngegend etwas zurückgedrängt. Super ruhig und friedlich. Tolle Gegend für Spaziergänge/Läufe. Warum 4 Sterne, wenn so toll? Nun, die Eismaschine war im ersten Stock und ich im 4. Stock. Außerdem war das Frühstück nicht so toll. Keine vielen Optionen und die Zeit, zu der das Frühstück serviert wurde (könnte mindestens bis 10 Uhr dauern). Aber insgesamt würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, ich bringe nur mein eigenes Frühstück und Eiskübel mit. Problem gelöst lol

The hotel was very clean to include our room. Great location not far from Carowinds. Breakfast was good considering Marriott has forced a scale back on breakfast items worldwide that many people do not realize are not the fault of the hotels. Sonja at the front desk was very pleasant both days I was there and easy to talk with. Her customer service was top notch! These days customer service lacks in most of the business we spend our hard earn money. You cant teach customer service, so thank you for a great stay.
