Is your sales backlog measured in weeks or months? Does your organization leave money on the table by focusing primarily on construction cycle time rather than evaluating the entire cycle from sale to closing? In homebuilding we typically think of cycle time as consisting of the time between breaking ground and conveying the home to the buyer - this is the Hard Cycle. This approach leaves a TON of money on the table in cycle time when you consider that the time between selling the home and beginning construction can often be LONGER than the actual time to build the home. We surveyed some customers and found that 50% reported negligible or NO use of a Soft Cycle - this was so concerning we put together a webinar (published on the resources section of our website), this infographic summarizes the approach.Need help building and implementing a Soft Cycle? Reach out, we'd love to walk you through these tools and help you succeed.
