How do I check my realtime pay balance? ›

How do I check the available balance on my card? You may check the balance on your card, as well as transaction history by accessing your account online at www.paylution.com/realtimepay. Or you can call cardholder services at 1-877-546-8220. Your Study Site can also perform a balance inquiry during your study visit.

Paylution will create a/an Paylution Pay Portal on your behalf. Once created, an email will be sent to you with a link you can use to begin the activation process. If you have been notified by Paylution that your first payment has been sent but have not received an activation email, click here.
