You can call that a borderline pitch, same for Madeira, but you know with the way the ump has called the game tonight, it’s gonna be a strike. Make an adjustment and take the bat off your shoulders. Those pitches were more than close enough to swing at

I don’t really know how many more chances we could ask for tonight after Hurd left the game. Just haven’t delivered on enough of them.

Honestly think that was a correct call. breaking ball. it was a strike. by any measure. He's been awful all night, but got lucky right i guess, lol.

The error had no effect if we were going to walk the next two hitters anyways.

If nothing else, we’ve at least shown a little fight after getting down big early…just gotta carry that into tomorrow and jump on them early.
Bad start from everyone, a bad ump behind the plate and lack of execution isn’t going to be good enough to win games in the post season

We’ve been anemic with runs on all night .. 2,3,4 coming up. Maybe there’s a little magic left from Friday. But if not you got through without using your best relievers

Not even close. Ball did not move that much. Catcher lined up outside and it still took him out and away

Yep. If this is an elite offense, they have to show it tomorrow when LSU is playing their 5th game in 4 days. Can’t rely on pitching and defense to win a Monday regional game.
