Booking the Cruise

Bookings open for our Patreon members on 10 August 2023, and the general sale starts on 13 August 2023.

Currently, bookings can be made in United States Dollar (USD).
We are working to allow bookings in Australian Dollars (AUD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Euro (EUR), Great British Pounds (GBP) or New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

The deposit to book the cruise is 20% of the cruise fare. For example, if the total cost of your cruise is $3000 the deposit will be approximately $600.

The final payment date is 120 days prior to the voyage start date: 13th February 2024. We recommend making the payment at least one day earlier in case there are any payment issues.

Yes! Please inform our partner agent when booking.
If you have a My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV) Placeholder we can convert it to a Group Booking. Your $300 Discount and $600 Sailor Loot will apply. The additional Sailor Loot is combinable with your MNVV.
Exclusions: If your MNVV is attached to a travel agency, we cannot convert that to a Group Booking. Only MNVV's purchased directly from Virgin Voyages or Where's Walter Travel can be converted to a Group Booking.

If you choose to pay in full at the time of booking or at least 180 days before the sailing, you will receive an extra 10% discount from Virgin Voyages.

No, if you book a solo cabin. Virgin Voyages has two types of solo cabins: an inside cabin category and one with a porthole view. Solo cabins are limited, so book early! For other cabins, single supplements on Virgin Voyages range from 75 to 100 percent of double occupancy rates.

Unfortunately not on this group cruise, as Virgin Voyages is for adults 18 years and older. We are planning more family-friendly group cruises in the future.

No. Group Activities are reserved solely for guests who make direct reservations via our Travel Partner, Where's Walter Travel. Only these guests will be included in the Ben & David Circle (what Virgin Voyages calls a group). While you are free to independently book a cruise and we'll make an effort to greet you on board, our focus and events will be centered around our established official Group.

No, it's totally up to you. You can immerse yourself into the group cruise as much or as little as you want! Feel free to book your own excursions and enjoy the cruise however you want! We want you to have the best cruise vacation.
Cruise with Ben and David group Cruise Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. The current terms are correct as of August 7 2023.
All references to "The Organisers" shall be understood to include Hewitt-McDonald Media trading as Cruise with Ben and David, Where's Walter Travel and persons affiliated through ownership with the owners of Hewitt-McDonald Media and Where's Walter Travel. All references to "Virgin Voyages" shall be understood to mean Virgin Cruises Intermediate Limited.
Upon booking this cruise, all guests consent to the Virgin Voyages Ticket Contract. The organizers bear no responsibility for any changes to the cruise or cancellation of the voyage. Any grievances or concerns regarding the cruise should be directed to Virgin Voyages.
In the event that the group cruise is unable to proceed or if Ben and/or David are unable to participate due any reason, guests is not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation.
All activities and events are subject to modification or cancellation with no notice. In the event an activity is cancelled the guest is not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation.
