12, is the result of a study by a committee of four master plumbers appointed by the Plumbing Appeals Board. Second reading is expected Jan. 26. According to City Manager Robert M. Tinstman, the new ordinance is similar to ordinances now in effect in such cities as Waco, Lubbock, Dallas, Houston and Fort Worth.

E. Perrin Dies. Here ANSON (RNS) John Ely Perrin, 80, resident of Eastland and Jones counties since 1898, died at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday at Hendrick Memorial Hospital in Abilene after a brief illness. Born 15.

1880 in Bradley County, Mr. Perrin moved to Eastland County at the age of 18, and married Lucy Myrick there on March 19, 1905. They moved to Truby community in 1916. Mrs. Perrin died in 1927.

On June 10, 1928, Mr. Perrin married Mrs. Mary Coates and they had lived in Anson since then. Funeral was to be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Anson First Baptist Church, with the Rev.

J. N. Easterwood, pastor, officiating. Burial in Bethel Cemetery east of Anson will be directed by Lawrence Funeral Home. Surviving are his wife: two daughters, Mrs.

Charles Jeffrey of Anson and Mrs. Camma Farmer of Big Spring; two sons, J. B. and Frank Perrin of Morton, while twin sons died in infancy; one stepdaughter, Mrs. Hiram Narum of Fort Worth; two half brothers, Henry Perrin of Ranger and Carl of Sundown; one half sister, Mrs.

Virgie Allen of Ranger; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The body will lie in state at Lawrence Funeral Home until time for services. Johnson, will take on presidential duties.
